I have had the pleasure of working with Sarah for many years in her agency time. She has mentored and coached me to push outside my comfort zone.  She is the voice of reason, no nonsense and her complete honesty has enabled me to have the career (and lifestyle) I relish.  

Sarah’s support when I was at a crossroads in my career post Uni was invaluable.  She put my CV right and gave me the confidence to pave the way into a career I love.  

I was stuck during Covid, working from home and needed to have help breaking into the ‘real world’.  Sarah helped me to secure my entry into full time employment and gave me an outlet which has improved my confidence and longer-term job prospects.

She’s ‘on it’.  Sarah saw an opening for me and took the bull by the horns.  She enabled my self-belief and after a career downturn I now have a role that fulfils me AND works around school hours.  

We had some pretty fundamental fractures in our Leadership Team, not unusual for a start up a few years in, but a threat to the business, nonetheless. Sarah was genius, generous with her time, guiding us to solve our difficulties, bringing focus and accountability within the top team, implementing new terms of engagement and management processes. The business has subsequently flourished with new leadership to take us to the next stage of our growth. I cannot thank Sarah enough for helping over the challenges to a new strong future.

I was a member of Sarah’s Vistage group for over 4 years.  The benefits across my work and personal life were transformative. Sarah's guidance and coaching allowed me to gain perspective and build a strategy for changes I wanted to make in a timeline that made sense. The exposure to other leaders within the group gave me a rounded view of the issues we all face and gave me a chance to watch and learn how peers  approach and solve problems.  Sarah has been instrumental in supporting me to make changes and progress in my career.   An excellent listener and sounding board, I count Sarah as a trusted advisor and confidante.

I met Sarah through Vistage where she chairs a group she recruited me for. Sarah is an excellent group leader and has a wealth of experience she brings to the table. In addition to the Vistage activities, Sarah also helps me at a personal level on the coaching side and her style is really suited to bringing out the best in me with a healthy blend of coaching and mentoring. Sarah is also on the advisory board of a senior leader community I chair called Accomplish More and having been a CEO herself she is a very active and valuable contributor to our regular meetups. I recommend anyone adding Sarah to their network!

My life has taken a complete turn for the good.  Being part of Sarah’s Vistage group for 5+ years, has given me the space, confidence and benefit of many minds to make big career (and life) changing decisions.  I’m now happier, healthier and much more fulfilled with the direction I’ve taken. 

We have worked as an organisation with Sarah for many years.  She has coached our senior leaders and a number of our clinical and non-clinical teams.  She has a natural way with people from all backgrounds and levels of seniority and her support for our business has been invaluable.  

I’ve found the last 8 months of coaching with Sarah has strongly correlated with my growth as a confident leader at work. She has given me the foundations I needed to delegate and trust my team, enabling me to have a more strategic mindset. It has been an invaluable experience.
